Power Scrambled Eggs
Yes after so doing lot of snapchat (@yavaryk) finally decided to write down the recipe and its the most delicious eggs you would every have be prepared :).(Special note this will make you super full & wont make you feel hungry)
This is a more Paleo style Diet you can use oraganic food items as well better option and this is more protein & Fat meal so good for people who eat less carbohydrates.This fits me cause I follow intermediate fasting where you need to have big meals
Special Note for the Alpha males this is Superman Food cause this is filled with protein and fats so easy muscle recovery and for sure you would shoot up your testosterone sky high cause fats and cholesterol are really important for hormone development (HGH & Testosterone) Fat also helps you absorb vitamins A, D, E, and K, the so-called fat-soluble vitamins and hell lot of benefits.

5 Whole Eggs
5 Egg whites
50 Gram Cheedar Cheese
2 Tbs Butter
- Break the eggs in a big bowl mix the 5 whole eggs with the eggs whites add Salt to taste (Personally I add turmeric and red chilli powder due to anti inflammatory and boosting metabolism Properties and Born in India Hah )
- Take a non stick fry pan put 2 tbs butter
- Put the Eggs mixture in the frypan and add the 50g cheedar cheese continously stir for 2 mins until a thick batter is made.
voila! you are done and trust me you will feel like you are just having cheese and i like to have it with my 0 calorie broccoli & cauliflower mix.
